The following is a transcription from a tape made of Neil R.'s comments during a Big Book/12&12 Study Neil conducted every Saturday afternoon(Health Permitting) at the Spring Branch Memorial Club in Houston, Texas. The period of the tape was over several weeks. The editor organized the transcription into sections from the tape for web presentation. Quotes in blue are from the Big Book or the 12&12. Underlined phrases are the responsibility of the editor who added this emphasis to the phrases that have significantly impacted the editor's life over the years. Date of the tape unknown but presumed to be in mid 1984. These transcriptions are being made available to share the thoughts of a man dedicated to the Program of Recovery and whose words inspired many of us in Houston and continue to long after he passed away.
